Where to begin…. It’s been awhile since this page was last updated and well cobwebs are starting to form on the corners of this keyboard. During this past month we’ve had our ups and downs as a faction, luckily most things have managed to work out for the better under the guidance of Catastrophic. Our deputy MinistryOfLaw is still with us and she has been busy with her raids and its organizing along with real world studies. The other deputy LunaCrescens has been the little busy money machine pumping our faction funds and he seems to be doing well also. As for myself, Callisto, I’ve put through the new and updated RP system which was thought up of by our leader and although it had a few bugs here and there, I’m glad to say everything is finally under control. As for the rest of our beloved WoG family, most members have been extremely busy with raids, training to expert or farming better equips. All in all everything is pretty good for WoG’ians in the world of Granado Espada.
During this past month we’ve lost many old friends but along the process we’ve made many more. This month we welcome, Avantelion, Deseus, DeadRoses, DeathGuards, DivineBladeZ, Doomguard, gackto, Galatea™, Isoamyl, Poinky, Spuers, Temtpress, TheSilent, ValenTiine, WarForGe, Zuncas & †KeNn† (sorry if i missed anyone, doing this from memory and I’m not at home). As you can tell quite a few of these new faces in WoG are actually our good old acquaintances from Vradical. The reason they came to join us for the most part was that they wanted to enjoy the experiences of being with another faction. We welcome them all and hope they enjoy their stay as much as we will enjoy their company.
On the war front, this past month has been fairly quite up until these past 2 weeks when BlackSociety and GuardsOfHonour rose up to the occasion and began their counter-assault. To be honest although we are enemies I have deep respect for many of them these days. When we first started out almost every war there would be arguing and bickering and taunting of one another, but these days a lot of the people who participate in the war are in for the fun and excitement and not for the humiliation of the other side. Personally I believe this is what true war should be about, as after all, in the world of Granado Espada everything should be for the enjoyment of the player.
Back to WoG side of things, we’ve finally completed our PvP Tournament, although the winner of the contest was by default. Most likely we will be holding one of these tournaments in the near future but under different circumstances as to not make the tournament drag out too long. Our raffle tickets have finally paid off, and most would say it was a fair result. Some members don’t really agree though so this month prize will be awarded to everyone (i’ll update this more in our forums).
As for things to look forward to, besides the recently released Bahama’s Map and new rnpcs to recruit the upcoming Faction vs Faction event is sure to be something of hot topic. But to be honest the thing I think most of us look forward to every day is the fact that we can log on into Granado Espada and find our characters still alive afk’ing somewhere and have the faction chat brimming with silly but very funny chat dialogs.
I guess that’s it from me for now, I leave you all with some words of wisdom, “Expect the unexpected and live life in the world of Granado Espada like it was your last“…………. ok not really just enjoy the game guys
