“All things must come to an end… whether good… or bad…”
Hey, no matter how bad or good life’s been treating you this year, don’t look down and say… “it’s all over…” A New Year is coming up, and it’ll be a fresh start for all of us! Whether you’re from WoG, as long as you’re reading this right now, just believe in yourself, that everyday that passes, the next day will be a much more wonderful and joyous day. Just lift your head up high, look at the clouds above you and shout… TOMORROW’S GONNA BE BETTER!!!!
Ok, cutting all those crap I said earlier, I’ll get down to business… so far… WoG has gone through thick and thin, merges after merges, we’re finally one of the factions at the top and still going strong! In our weekly Colony Wars, though there haven’t been much action but we’ve held our discipline throughout these peaceful, yet boring times. We’re now currently proud owners of 6 colonies! Congratulations! We hope that this kind of spirit will continue in us whether in peace, or at war!
I’m sure you’ve all heard of the recent in-game GE event for christmas… Nope, I’m not talking about the one you run around clicking on trees and killing poor little snowman(s) just to get a bunch of “X”… I’m talking about the Naughty Or Nice event, where you’ve to post your wishes through creative means in iah forums! Over 30 pages of wishes were noted in the Cervantes’ wish thread, but just less than 10% of those who posted had their wish granted… WoG had been very upset in the first 2 days of the event… when none of us were chosen by santa! =[ However, on the third day, just after the 30minutes mark, three names from our faction were mentioned which finally brought the unrest to a halt. The three are namely, Graywolf (Me), Pandaren and Verrada! I earned myself a lvl 100 Le Blanc (Wiz) while Panda and Verr earned themselves a lvl 84 Elite Ring Mail each. Congratulations to all winners in this event!

In the upcoming Year 2008, a new in-game GE event will take place, featuring the G@y, Andre Janzzzzzur!! All this event is about is that the GM’s will shout out the costume that they wish to see, and you’ll just broadcast that you’ll have it and monsters will start piling all over you… honestly, this event is just iah saying “buy the new costumes… give us more money…” For more information… go to http://ge.iahgames.com/en/news/?aid=454&sec=1&ssec=4
Recently, there has also been a few movement in administration work, the most important one being Yeow stepping down from deputy position due to his real life commitments while MinistryOfLaw rises up to take his place as our honoured deputy. To Yeow, it has been hard on you through your times as a deputy in WoG, you deserve a good rest! And to MinistryOfLaw, congratulations on ur promotion… now you’ll be tortured by us members… muahaha
Last but not least, our faction has been honoured by the presence of our RCM Hrin and Cervantes’ own reporter, Ninemoons for being with us throughout these time. Though Hrin had not participated much in our oh so ham-sup faction chat in the early days, I’m sure she’ve enjoyed our ever lasting talking cock attitude and midnight *ahem* in the later days! Sad to say, she’ll be leaving us on 1st January 2008 to discover the wonders of another faction. To Hrin, thanks for being with us throughout this month and may joy and laughter be with you everywhere you go!
So there we have it… this kinda wraps up the events that were happening on the last month of 2007… here comes the arrival of 2008, be prepared for another tough year ahead guys!!
